Shipping

All small items are shipped via UPS and/or Fedex. Nationwide and International shipping are offered. Delivery is offered within the US for larger pieces. 

For delivery quotes on larger items, please email us directly hello@hyde-goods.com prior to purchase as all sales are final. Please note, pieces are all first come first serve, once we have emailed a quote that does not ensure the item will be held unless purchased prior to quote. All items remain online available for purchase. For additional shipping info please refer to our FAQ page. Hyde Goods does our best to ensure that pieces being shipped are properly packaged prior to shipment. Hyde Goods is not responsible for damage incurred during transit. Hyde Goods is not able to issue full or partial refunds. A claim may be filed directly with carrier. For additional insurance options on your shipments please email us. Hyde Goods is not responsible for duties or import fees due on international shipments and must be paid by the customer. For orders that do not prompt a shipping address to be input, the item(s) are not available for shipment or may require delivery via a different carrier. If ordering more than one item, please ensure each item does not have a shipping disclaimer in product description as all sales are final. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping on all orders shipping via UPS.

 

We offer Local Delivery throughout the OC, LA and SD area. For quotes, please reach out with your zip code. If interested in cross country or international shipping, please email us at hello@hyde-goods.com prior to purchase as all sales are final. We partner directly with many white glove shipping partners and local delivery carriers. Pickup is offered in Dana Point. Hyde is not responsible for wrapping large items being delivered via third party carriers but may be available for an extra fee upon request. For large items requested to be shipped, the customer agrees to cover packing fees that may be required. An itemized invoice for shipping is available to be emailed to you and is subject to an additional 3.3% fee for credit cards.
